The Splash Zone 7/19/23: Dolphins rookies report for training camp

Rookies reported for Miami Dolphins training camp yesterday, with veterans reporting next Tuesday. The Dolphins had a small draft class (4), but there will be several undrafted free agents trying to make the team. Cornerback Cam Smith should be able to carve out a role on the defensive side of the ball. The Dolphins didn’t need another cornerback, but defensive coordinator Vic Fangio obviously sees something in him. Running back De’Von Achane makes the Dolphins offense even faster and he should be able to carve a role out for himself.
