The new league year doesn’t begin till Wednesday but today at noon, NFL teams and free agents can begin to talk and negotiate contracts. The Miami Dolphins should be active as they are one of the teams with the most cap space in the league. Don’t be surprised to see a couple of offensive lineman signed by the Dolphins or perhaps they’ll trade for La’el Collins, to protect Tua Tagovailoa’s blindside.
