It seemed like it was going to be a good game for the Miami Dolphins when they scored on the very first play of the game as Tua Tagovailoa hit Trent Sherfield for a 75-yard catch and run. After that though, Tua played some pretty bad football. Not sure what the issue was, but the accurate quarterback as anything but accurate for most of the game. He missed several easy throws on open receivers and just didn’t look like himself. It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is.

Jimmy Garoppolo was knocked out of the game after the 49ers first possession and you think that would have been great news for the Dolphins defense. It wasn’t. With rookie quarterback, Brock Purdy leading the 49ers offense they still found plenty of success against the Dolphins defense.

The Dolphins will stay out west this week as they take on the Los Angeles Chargers for some Sunday Night Football.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.
