Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

Brian Flores was fired as the Miami Dolphins head coach back in January. Flores went on to file a lawsuit against the Dolphins and the NFL over racial discrimination along with tampering allegations against Stephen Ross. We know how this ended with Ross being suspended and the Dolphins losing their first round selection in the 2023 NFL Draft. Now Flores is coming back to Florida to take on the Dolphins as a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers staff. There are a ton of great storylines heading into this game and hopefully the Dolphins get back to winning some football games with the return of Tua Tagovailoa.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.
