The Dolphins finished up their offseason program last week as the team held a mandatory minicamp. Everyone was in attendance besides one player. Xavien Howard didn’t show up and the man wants to be paid. This will be a story to keep an eye on heading into training camp and the preseason. Howard is the Dolphins best defensive player and it would be disheartening if the two sides can’t come to an agreement at some point.
