Tua Tagovailoa has been working hard all offseason and Brian Flores has taken notice. The head coach expects his young quarterback to take a step forward this season and vault the Dolphins into the postseason. This offseason was about surrounding Tua with a little more talent which the Dolphins did by adding Will Fuller and Jaylen Waddle.
