What is it with the Dolphins and quarterbacks playing wide receiver? First there was Ryan Tannehill who was a receiver then quarterback, now they have Kai Locksley. Locksley is a former QB out of UTEP, but comes with some red flags. But if there is one thing this regime loves to do is give second chances to players and hopefully redeem themselves. Locksley will be making the move to wide receiver and should be a long shot to make the Dolphins roster.
