As has been stated all offseason long and when Tua Tagovailoa got drafted by the Dolphins, no one is quite sure when he will see playing time. Brian Flores basically said he needs to see what Tua looks like in practice before he can make any decisions on the rookie quarterback. Yes, Tua was examined by team doctors and passed. But with no offseason activities, the team cannot make any judgement on him until he gets some workouts and practices in.
