Brian Flores is leading a big transformation of the Dolphins franchise. It began last year with the roster being stripped down and rebuilt with young, cheap players. Flores conducted one of 2019’s best coaching jobs and it paid off in the end. The Dolphins didn’t have to trade up to select Tua Tagovailoa as Flores and Chris Grier spread so many smokescreens. Now when will we be able to see the team come together again? Not quite sure, but Flores is going to be ready whenever that time comes.
