We can speculate all we want, but we will probably never know why Brian Flores decided to shake his coaching staff up. We all thought Chad O’Shea was safe, until he wasn’t as he got canned a day after the season was over. Chan Gailey came out of left field along with a high school coach and two college coaches. Flores is really thinking outside the box on some of these hires and hopefully he is establishing a staff that can make the Dolphins competitive again.
