Brian Flores didn’t have a trick up his sleeve for this hire as he has gone the non-conventional path with recent hirings. Marshall has spent 40 years coaching up offensive lineman with 10 of those years being in the NFL. He spent time with Gailey during their Jets tenure from 2015-2016.
