Brian Flores has his coaching staff assembled and ready. The most notable hire is Jim Caldwell as the teams assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach. Caldwell brings valuable head coach experience and gets the most out of his quarterbacks. Chad O’Shea was named offensive coordinator after spending the past ten years with the Patriots. On the defensive side, Patrick Graham was named defensive coordinator. Both O’Shea and Graham have never called plays, but both have been valuable assistants to the teams they have been a part of.
