It’s the Chris Grier show in Miami now and he added some help with the addition of Reggie McKenzie. The former Raiders general manager, McKenzie is highly respected around the league and had a lackluster run during his time with the Raiders. Grier will be running the show and will look to McKenzie for advice, who has a ton of experience in the league.
