We already know a list of who the Dolphins are interested in and the hope this time is that they get it right. A head coach is only going to be as good as his coordinators and coaching staff, something that Adam Gase failed to do. The team is heading towards a rebuild and there is going to be a ton of growing pains along the way for the new coach. Which brings to question.
