Brian Flores will be taking over for a team going through a rebuild and a team that has plenty of issues to fix. The big one being the quarterback position. If Flores hopes to stick around for awhile, he is going to have to work closely with Chris Grier to find a franchise quarterback in this years draft or next years. He will also be tasked with trying to find a way to fix a bad defensive unit. Flores is expected to bring some new schemes with him and maybe that will help some players thrive while others may have to be moved around.
