He says he wants to be elite, but Jordan Phillips has been inconsistent at best. With Ndamukong Suh seeing most of the attention, Phillips was expected to live up to his potential as a second round pick. But it’s just not there yet as he was beaten out by Davon Godchaux. Phillips is going to have to earn that starting position in his contract year.
