The Miami Dolphins began their mandatory minicamp yesterday and with it comes a bunch of notes and observations. The defense appeared to win the day, as they always do in the early months. Ryan Tannehill was able to move the ball and appears to be ready to take over where he left off in 2016. David Fales also seems to be the man to beat for the backup quarterback spot.
