Xavien Howard is entering his third season and is aiming to be that star player that everyone thought he would be. Howard flashed game changing ability against the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots last season. He was a tad inconsistent for most of the season but really turned it on later in the season. Hopefully Howard can carry over that momentum into this season.
