The Miami Dolphins will begin their offseason practices tomorrow which means Ryan Tannehill will be returning as the team’s quarterback. For the first time since training camp, Tannehill will be in charge of the the Dolphins offense. Tannehill was really starting to come together late in the 2016 season until that fateful play where he was last for well over a year.
