The Splash Zone 4/11/18: Ja’Wuan James For C.J. Anderson?

The Miami Dolphins and the Denver Broncos were apparently pretty close to a trade but the Dolphins decided it was better to back out. The Dolphins were willing to send Ja’Wuan James to the Broncos in exchange for running back C.J. Anderson. There apparently was no such deal in place and the Dolphins decided to go with Frank Gore.

Denver ABC affiliate Denver7 reported Monday that the Denver Broncos had an agreement to trade C.J. Anderson to the Miami Dolphins for right tackle Ja’Wuan James ‘before Miami surprisingly nixed the deal.’
