Adam Gase has yet to rule Jay Cutler out for Sunday’s game. Cutler is in the concussion protocol, but was at practice yesterday and was throwing the football. We should have a better understanding of the quarterback situation today (Friday).

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day's round-up below.

Thanksgiving? No holiday at Dolphins camp. It was a full day, with plenty of news. Item No. 1: Jay Cutler could still play Sunday against the Patriots.

Dolphins Quarterbacks

Is Miami Dolphins backup QB Matt Moore pushing for the starting job? | The Daily Dolphin
DAVIE—It’s been an odd run for Dolphins backup quarterback Matt Moore since Adam Gase’s arrival as head coach. Moore, now a 10-year veteran, has been with Miami since 2011. He came in under Tony Sparano and held his job through the Joe Philbin era and the move to Gase.

Career day while hurt? Here’s how Miami Dolphins’ Kenny Stills managed a 180 | The Daily Dolphin
DAVIE — In the end, the only thing questionable about Kenny Stills last week was why there was any question in the first place. Stills suffered a back injury in practice last week and there were concerns he might not be able to play against Tampa Bay.

Dolphins Offensive Line

Adam Gase expects Laremy Tunsil (illness) to play Sunday | The Daily Dolphin
DAVIE — Miami Dolphins left tackle Laremy Tunsil has been sidelined from practice since Sunday's game due to an illness. But Miami coach Adam Gase said Thursday he expects Tunsil to play. "He'll be better by then," Gase said. For now? "I'm not going near him," Gase said.

Dolphins Defensive Line

Ndamukong Suh defends Dolphins’ few sacks, but d-line underperforming | The Daily Dolphin
DAVIE—Many factors go into making a full assessment of the Dolphins’ defensive line, but one simple statement is hard to argue: For $41 million, the team should be getting more than 17 sacks. The price tag is second in the league, while the sack total is 26th.
