The Splash Zone 10/3/17: Jay Cutler Is Still The Starting QB

Jay Cutler is still going to be the starting quarterback for the Dolphins heading forward. This reminds me of a lot like last season where nothing was clicking on offense and people were calling for Ryan Tannehill’s head. Putting Matt Moore in would not fix anything as the whole offense is inept at the moment.
