The Miami Dolphins' rookie linebacker Raekwon McMillan has left the game against the Atlanta Falcons with an apparent knee injury.

McMillan suffered the injury on special teams after the Dolphins were forced to punt due to a quick three-and-out to start the first quarter. Miami's training staff spent several minutes with the former Ohio State standout before he eventually made his way to the locker room for further evaluation.
It is too early to tell how serious the injury is, but the second-round pick was able to make his way to the sidelines under his own power.
Raekwon McMillan walked off the field under his own power with no noticeable limp. But as we saw with Ryan Tannehill, that means nothing.

McMillan has impressed since joining the Dolphins, and was listed as the starting middle linebacker on the most recent depth chart. After the injury, Mike Hull stepped into the middle of Miami's defense to fill the void left behind by the rookie.
Hopefully the injury isn't serious, as Miami has already placed linebacker Koa Misi on injured reserve earlier this summer.
