The Miami Dolphins have changed quarterbacks against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the second half begins. Matt Moore is now in the game at quarterback as Jay Cutler has entered the league’s concussion protocol.
Cutler was 6-for-12 for 83 yards with a touchdown and three interceptions in the first half of the game. Tampa Bay lead 20-7 at the half.
This is the third appearance of the season for Moore, who replaced Cutler in Week 7 against the New York Jets when Cutler broke his ribs. Moore then started the team’s 40-0 loss against the Baltimore Ravens. He will now look to spark a comeback for the Dolphins this week.
Moore is 38-for-65 for 364 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions this season. He has a 65.2 passer rating.
Miami and Tampa Bay were originally scheduled to play this game in Week 1, but the game was postponed due to Hurricane Irma.
