The Miami Dolphins and New York Jets are preparing for the second meeting between the division rivals, with a 1pm ET kickoff this afternoon. Both teams are working through some injuries, though the Jets appear to be coming into the contest in better shape than the Dolphins.

By the end of the week, the Jets only listed two players on the injury report, with tight end Jordan Leggett sustaining a knee injury during the week that led to him missing Friday’s practice and being ruled out of the game. The other member of the Jets on the injury report is defensive tackle Muhammad Wilkerson, who is dealing with shoulder and foot issues, leading to him being listed as questionable with no participation in practice throughout the week.

The home-town Dolphins have five players on the Friday injury report, with wide receiver DeVante Parker the least likely to play, listed as doubtful, as he looks to return from an ankle injury he sustained two weeks ago, leading to him missing last week’s game. A little surprise on the injury report came on Friday as center Mike Pouncey returned to a full practice status after missing the first two workouts in the week with a concussion. Officially listed as questionable, Pouncey could be available for Sunday’s game if he is able to clear the last steps of the NFL’s concussion protocol.

Joining him as questionable for this afternoon’s contest are defensive end Andre Branch (knee), cornerback Xavien Howard (ankle), and cornerback Byron Maxwell (foot).
