The Miami Dolphins head to the west coast on Sunday to face the San Diego Chargers. Both teams have had disappointing seasons and are looking to find some positive momentum over the last three weeks of the year. Thursday, in preparation for the game, both teams updated their injury reports.
The Dolphins had three adjustment from Wednesday's initial report. Offensive tackle Ja'Wuan James, who returned to practice in a limited fashion on Wednesday as he deals with a toe injury that has sidelined him for the last six weeks, did not practice on Thursday. Neither did wide receiver Jarvis Landry, who has been dealing with a knee injury for several weeks, but is expected to play on Sunday. Miami had cornerback Bobby McCain return to practice on Thursday, albeit in a limited fashion, as he works his way through the NFL's concussion protocols.
The Chargers only had one change for Thursday's report, with wide receiver Javontee Herndon moving from limited on Wednesday to a full participant on Thursday. Herndon has a shoulder injury.
The full injury report is below, with the changes underlined. The Dolphins and Chargers will kickoff at 4:25pm ET on Sunday.
