Stevie Johnson, EJ Manuel out for Buffalo; Dolphins vs Bills injury report

The Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills face off this Sunday during the NFL's Week 16 slate of games. Both teams issued their final injury reports for the week last night, with the Bills ruling three players out of the contest, while the Dolphins appear to be healthy.

A week after the Miami Dolphins saw a game sealing interception fro a player who had been on the team five days and teammates admitted they did not know his name, the Dolphins turn around to face the Buffalo Bills, and appear to be fairly healthy. The Bills, however, have had to rule out three players.

The Dolphins listed just running back Daniel Thomas, who has an injured ankle, as questionable for this weekend. Everyone else was categorized as probable for the game, with cornerbacks Nolan Carroll (knee) and Brent Grimes (groin) both being included in the group, despite missing the end of the New England Patriots, opening the door to Michael Thomas' interception. Also in the probable group were safety Chris Clemons (knee/hamstring), long snapper John Denney (illness), safety Reshad Jones (groin), defensive tackle Paul Soliai (ankle), cornerback Jamar Taylor (hamstring), and defensive end Olivier Vernon (ankle).

For Buffalo, the injury report starts with three players out of Sunday's game. Wide receiver Stevie Johnson is home mourning the loss of his mother, who passed away last Saturday. Quarterback E.J. Maniel is out with a knee injury while safety Aaron Williams will not play due to an injury to his ribs.

The Bills also reported defensive tackle Marcell Dareus (ankle), running back Fred Jackson (ribs), cornerback Brandon Smith (ankle), and defensive tackle Kyle Williams (Achilles) on the list, all probable for the contest.

The Dolphins and Bills kickoff in Buffalo tomorrow at 1pm ET.
