Franklinville-Ellicottville Titans Football parents and others spoke at the Franklinville Board of Education meeting Nov. 16 asking for a change in the coaching staff. About 30 people attended the meeting in the Elementary School to speak about the football issue or there to support someone who was speaking. A smaller group of parents made similar remarks Nov. 14 at the Ellicottville Board of Education meeting.
