Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Miami Dolphins fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate.
The Miami Dolphins are preparing to face the New England Patriots in the first week of the 2022 regular season. How are Dolphins fans feeling about the direction of the team? Today, we as that question in the return of our SB Nation Reacts polls.
During the first week of the preseason, we asked the same question as you will see below. The results then came back with 95 percent of the fans confident the Dolphins are headed in the right direction. That 95 percent mark is the highest we have ever seen in a fan confidence poll about the Dolphins. Will it be the same this week as the season kicks off? Has the preseason had any impact on fan confidence, either positively or negatively?
Last week, we asked two questions in a SB Nation Reacts poll. We asked how you as a fan grade the Dolphins’ 53-man roster and what position is the greatest strength for the team this year. Both polls came back with 69 percent of the fans selecting the top answer, with a B being given for the grade and wide receiver as the position of greatest strength. An A grade received 23 percent of the vote, while defensive line was the runner up in the position strength poll at 15 percent.
