The 2021 NFL Draft has come to an end, with the Miami Dolphins adding several new rookies to the roster. How did they do throughout the three-day draft process? That is for you to tell us this afternoon.

Miami used the sixth-overall pick on Thursday night to add Alabama wide receiver Jaylen Waddle, giving them a speedster wide receiver to take the top off of defenses and reuniting him with his college quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa.

They were not done in the first round, however, as they used the 18th-overall pick to select University of Miami edge rusher Jaelan Phillips.

The Dolphins again had two picks in the second round. They used the first of those, the 36th-overall selection, to add Oregon safety Jevon Holland. They then traded the 50th-overall selection and a 2022 third-round pick to the New York Giants to jump up eight spots. With the 42nd-overall pick, Miami added Notre Dame offensive tackle Liam Eichenberg.

Miami ended their second night of the Draft by using the 81st-overall pick to add Boston College tight end Hunter Long.

After not having a pick in the fourth round, Miami traded out of the fifth round when they sent the 156th pick to the Pittsburgh Steelers for a 2022 four-round selection. They also did not have a sixth-round pick.

In the seventh round, Miami had two picks, the 231st- and 244th-overall picks. With the first of those selections, they added UMass offensive tackle Larnel Coleman, a player who has a ton of potential but needs time and coaching to bring it all out. The second selection of the round brought the team Cincinnati running back Gerrid Doaks.
