The Miami Dolphins announced Tuesday they had re-signed wide receiver Mack Hollins. A 2017 fourth-round draft choice by the Philadelphia Eagles, the Dolphins claimed Hollins off waivers in December 2019. He appeared in four games that year for Miami before playing in all 16 games last year. He has 16 receptions for 176 yards and a touchdown for the Dolphins.

He had been a free agent this offseason, ultimately returning to Miami. Including his time with the Dolphins, he has 42 receptions for 527 yards with two touchdowns. He has worked primarily on special teams in his career.

Hollins’ return to the Dolphins means they have 12 wide receivers under contract. DeVante Parker and Will Fuller headline a group that also includes Hollins, Jakeem Grant, Preston Williams, Albert Wilson, Allen Hurns, Robert Foster, Kirk Merritt, Lynn Bowden, Jr., Kai Locksley, and Malcolm Perry. Miami is also believed to be targeting a receiver in next month’s NFL Draft.
