The NFL season is down to just three remaining weekends. The push for the playoffs is on for the top teams in the league, while the teams near the bottom are beginning to focus on 2020, the NFL Draft, and the younger players currently on their roster. Who are those top teams and who are the bottom ones? Our 2019 NFL Power Rankings for Week 15 are here to help you sort out the clubs.
Our power rankings on The Phinsider are a collaborative event, with Josh Houtz joining me in putting them together. We do not do it like most of the power rankings on the net, where an analyst starts with last week’s rankings, then moves teams up or down based on their results from the last weekend. This year, Houtz and I started a draft system to pick the teams. We start with a blank board each week, then pick teams based on the answer to a simple question, “Which team am I most confident can win the Super Bowl?” We alternate picks from one to 32 using that system.
This week, I have the odd picks, while Houtz takes the even selections:
- Baltimore Ravens (Last week: 1)
- San Francisco 49ers (4)
- New Orleans Saints (5)
- Kansas City Chiefs (7)
- Seattle Seahawks (2)
