Soon after the Super Bowl, Chris Grier will officially announce Brian Flores as the Dolphins new head coach.
But until then, things are at a bit of a standstill.
Or are they?
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Dolphins will hold a second interview with Flores later this evening, to discuss his coaching staff, among other things.
#Dolphins GM Chris Grier left Mobile this morning to head home for their second interview with future head coach and current #Patriots play-caller Brian Flores tonight, source said. They will discuss staffing and officially offer him the job. No negotiations can take place.

Although no negotiations can take place, it is expected that Flores will be the Dolphins next head coach. But what will his staff look like?
We already know Jim Caldwell will be the assistant head coach/quarterbacks coach.
And a report earlier this week, named Patrick Graham as the team’s defensive coordinator.
But where do they go from there?
Those are the answers that will likely come from this meeting. Flores will discuss his plan for his coaching staff, as well as his vision for the 2019 season.
In two weeks from now the Dolphins will officially have their new head coach. Until then, go Rams!
