Dolphins Set Their Sights On Brian Flores

The Dolphins may have found their new coach

If all goes well, Brian Flores will be the next head coach of the Miami Dolphins.

The Dolphins have narrowed their search to Flores and it appears he was their guy all along. The team did a ton of research on him and they believe he will be the guy to turn this team around during their rebuild mode.

Flores has been with the Patriots since 2004 where he started as a scouting assistant and worked his way up to his current position as the linebackers coach/de facto defensive coordinator.

The Dolphins cannot do anything until the Patriots lose in the playoffs. But the plan is to hire Flores, unless he turns the job down. If that were to happen, look for Kris Richard to be the backup plan.
