Apparently today is New York Jets Monday here on The Phinsider. Of course, as Miami Dolphins fans, it is not exactly flattering for the Jets or anything, but we come back with a second Jets related article today. After Houtz brought us a look back at the Dan Marino Fake Spike game against the Jets, now it is time to get you on board with invading the Jets’ home, MetLife Stadium.
Every year, our friends over at Dolfans NYC put together the “MetLife Takeover,” a chance for Dolphins fans to group together and take over a chunk of MetLife Stadium for the Dolphins at Jets contest.
You can get all the information and buy tickets to the 2018 edition of the Takeover at MetLifeTakeover.com. The game tickets are $70, but can be purchased for $65 before July 13th. Dolfans NYC also provide a bus to the game, starting at Slattery’s Midtown Pub, but you need to reserve that early so they can schedule the correct number of busses. Bus passes cost $30, and include bagels and coffee at Slattery’s before you depart.
Dolfans NYC also throw an amazing tailgate prior to the game. It will cost $85 (check out the website for a coupon code to get in for $65) for all you can eat and drink. There is a $45 cost for a non-alcohol version of the tailgate.
Get in and get your ticket. They are regularly selling over 1,000 tickets to this game - so you will be among Dolphins fans throughout the weekend!
