With the addition of Alex Smith, the Washington Redskins will no longer need Kirk Cousins and the quarterback will be looking for a new team. For whatever reason, some people would love for the Miami Dolphins to go after the quarterback. Adam Gase and company have made it clear Ryan Tannehill will be the starter next season unless something drastic happens. Tannehill is also a cheaper option as Cousins will look to probably become the highest paid quarterback.
