Let’s call this exercise for what it is: a thought exercise. Nothing more, nothing less. The reason I preface everything with this is because we’re dealing with a small sample size of 10 games, not to mention both players could turn out to have productive careers in their own respect.
The “or” part of this “Raekwon McMillan OR Jerome Baker” discussion is not that important of a distinction for me - at the end of the day, I want both players to succeed. I’m more trying to identify which piece is more crucial to the all-important “young nucleus”. Minkah Fitzpatrick, Xavien Howard, and Laremy Tunsil get mentioned as members of the young nucleus, but I don’t often hear McMillan or Baker as constituents of this region.
As you know, Raekwon McMillan tore his ACL on the 1st play on special teams in the 2017 NFL Preseason. Jerome Baker is a 2018 3rd Round draft pick. Both players ran sideline-to-sideline together at Ohio State as well. The connections are there, but are either one standing out?
I did film breakdowns on both players (here for Raekwon, here for Baker), but I want your thoughts! Instead of a lengthy breakdown of each player and let me lecture you, I’ll await your Comments first and respond in detail.
What do you think...McMillan or Baker? Let me know down in the Comments Section.

Shut up, SUTTON. You’re stupid. And you made a lot of kids, so that seems less than ideal as well. Please don’t tell me you’re ugly, too.
