Phinsider Radio: Taking Stock Before the Bye, Where Does the Miami Dolphins Roster Stand?

The Miami Dolphins sit at .500 and on the outside-looking-in when it comes to the AFC Playoff picture. Ironic, the Dolphins are finally fortunate enough to have a bye later in the regular season, and yet cursed enough to have limited benefit from it. Perhaps we see the return of Ryan Tannehill, but there’s still work to be done.

As we enter the Week 11 hiatus, the Phinsider Radio team sits down at the roundtable and ask ourselves the same question any new or returning coach or front office member would ask themselves: what do we have to work with?

Matthew Cannata, Josh Houtz, and Aaron Sutton will discuss key expiring contracts a la Cameron Wake, William Hayes, and Ja’Wuan James, but we’ll also peruse some of the contracts that could be terminated to open up more cap space (e.g. Robert Quinn).
