Tonight’s Thursday Night Football match-up features two NFC West teams when the Los Angeles Rams travel up the road to take on the San Francisco 49ers. Both teams are rebuilding and both teams feature new head coaches for the 2017 season. Sean McVay takes over head coaching duties for the Rams who also just moved their franchise back to Los Angeles. Before taking the LA job McVay had spent the previous three seasons as the offensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins. The 49ers are now headed up by Kyle Shanahan who previously oversaw the offense for last seasons runner-ups, the Atlanta Falcons.
