After being affected by Hurricane Irma, Stephen Ross was hoping the NFL would give the Dolphins some relief. The NFL already postponed the Dolphins week 1 match-up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That game will be played in week 11. Ross asked the NFL if they could move the London game to Miami, but the NFL declined. The league was never going to change it, but kudos to Ross for looking out for his team.
