Tonight’s second of two Monday Night Football games will feature the Las Angeles Charger who will travel to Sports Authority Field in Denver Colorado to take on the Denver Broncos. Both teams will be starting new eras for their ball clubs. The Chargers have of course just moved on from their long time home in San Diego to become one of two new teams in Los Angles, along with the Rams. Both teams are also featuring new head coaches. Vance Joseph who was, of course, the defensive coordinator for your Miami Dolphins last season, was this past offseason hired away to take over for the Broncos. Anthony Lynn, who served as the Bills offensive coordinator and then interim head coach last season was tagged at the new head man for the Chargers.
Lynn will take over for Mike McCoy who returned the Bronco’s as the offensive coordinator. Vance Joseph followed Gary Kubiak who stepped down only a season after leading his team to a Super Bowl victory due to serious health issues.
