The Miami Dolphins head into their final preseason game with several questions still remaining around the team. Who will win the starting left guard position? Is Mike Hull prepared to be the starter at middle linebacker, or will Rey Maualuga claim the spot once he is in football shape? Can Byron Maxwell rebound after a weak performance last week against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles? Where is Julius Thomas?

The Dolphins already seem prepared to play this game without Maualuga, who is not expected to play tonight.

This game, for both the Dolphins and their opponents, the Minnesota Vikings, will likely be more about the reserves and the roster bubble players than it will be the starters of the final score. Will someone make a statement Thursday night and force the coaches into finding a way to put them on the roster?
