Practice number seven is here for the Miami Dolphins in their 2017 training camp, which means it is another chance to see the team in their preparations for the 2017 season. The Dolphins are working their way toward the team’s first scrimmage, held this Saturday at Hard Rock Stadium, as well as their first preseason game a week from today. Things are starting to speed up, and we will keep you updated on everything.

Today is also the official start of the preseason, with the Hall of Fame Game coming up tonight - so, again, things are starting to speed up.

As for the Dolphins, yesterday was a good-news, bad-news kind of day. Pro Bowl safety Reshad Jones returned to practice after spending the first week of camp on the Non-Football Injury list with a calf injury, giving the team some good news. The bad news came on the injury front as well, where Pro Bowl running back was confirmed to have a concussion that will likely keep him out of practice for at least a week and rookie wide receiver Isaiah Ford underwent surgery on his knee, reportedly for meniscus damage, and is expected to be out for an extended period, possibly landing on injured reserve.

Enjoy today’s practice, which will begin at 8:20am ET, with updates in our Twitter list below. Feel free to discuss anything about the practice in the comments below as well.
