The Dolphins traded up in the third round, last year, to draft one of the classes top receivers, Leonte Carroo. Some analysts had him pegged as the No.3 receiver in the draft, so expectations were high for Carroo, and still are. There was only so much Carroo could do last season as he was behind Landry, Stills, and Parker.
