One year in and Adam Gase is already considered a players coach. Gase has built a rapport with his players and the players know that their head coach cares about them. Gase also isn’t afraid to admit mistakes he has made with player decisions, like limiting Cameron Wake earlier in the season. Things look bright in Miami with Gase and company at the helm.
