Adam Gase and company exceeded expectation last season with a beat up roster and managed to make the playoffs in their first season together. Right now, Gase looks like a home run hire as he has received plenty of praise from around the league. Gase seems to be building a winning culture in Miami and is looking to raise expectations this season by making it further into the postseason.
