The Miami Dolphins have signed five of their seven 2017 NFL Draft picks, the team announced Friday evening. Previously, the signing of guard Isaac Asiata and linebacker Raekwon McMillan had been reported. Joining those two as Dolphins draft picks under contract are cornerback Cordrea Tankersley, defensive tackle Vincent Taylor, and wide receiver Isaiah Ford.
Miami still has to sign first-round selection, defensive end Charles Harris and fifth-round pick, defensive tackle Davon Godchaux.
Miami selected McMillan in the second round out of Ohio State. Tankersley was the team’s third-round pick from Clemson. Asiata was selected in the fifth-round from Utah, while Taylor was the team’s sixth-round pick from Oklahoma State. Isaiah Ford ended the Dolphins’ draft in the seventh round, coming out of Virginia Tech.
The Dolphins also signed 14 undrafted free agents, the team announced on Friday.
Miami’s rookie minicamp is being held this weekend, beginning on Friday and running through Sunday.
