After trading up in the fifth round, the Dolphins selected guard Issac Asiata out of Utah.
Asiata and the Dolphins met earlier in April and the team was highly interested in the guard.
Let’s take a look at what Dolphins Twitter is saying about the selection.
Eagles trade picks 164 and 194 to Miami for picks 166 and 184.

My sources tell me that Isaac Asiata would have been drafted earlier, much earlier, if it wasn't for a knee injury.Starter in 5th if healthy

Here is the pick@- Isaac Asiata. Dolphins have been targeting him since beginning of the draft process. Brother is RB Matt Asiata https://t.co/d40WbVUOFu

Isaac Asiata is a physical, power pig. He can open up holes and should be a contender to start at left guard with Ted Larsen.

Isaac Asiata: "I believe an offensive lineman needs to play with intellectuality and brutality."

"I'm a guard center, wherever they want me to play. I'll learn the position. It doesn't matter to me," Asiata said.

OG Isaac Asiata was a 3rd round grade across most boards that fell in our laps in the 5th round, similar to Ajayi. Run blocker/mauler type

Isaac Asiata will be 25 years old in December. Older rookie because he took time in 2011 to serve Mormon mission.

Asiata says he told coach Adam Gase he wanted to be a Dolphin when he visited the Dolphins.
