Fan orientation plans for new Miami Dolphins players

It’s a Sunday in the middle of the offseason, with free agency slowing down and the NFL Draft still over a month away. Yeah, we are starting to hit the first quiet time of the year. That means it is time to come up with some of the random “offseason talk” articles that give us some random topics of discussion for the community.

Today, we are going to tie the topic to the Miami Dolphins’ free agency additions this year. We have several players coming to Miami from other places, including Pittsburgh (Lawrence Timmons), Los Angeles (William Hayes), Chicago (Ted Larsen), and Jacksonville (Julius Thomas). You could also include a player who is returning to Miami (Anthony Fasano). In other words, there are several players - and families - who do not know the Miami area.

But you, as fans of the team, do know Miami. So, what do the players need to know about the area? If you had a chance to tell one of the players about one thing in Miami they need to see or something they need to know, what would it be? How would you orient the player to the area?
