Welcome to the Splash Zone, the quickest way to get your day started off right. We bring you a rundown of Miami Dolphins news from the last 24 hours.

The Dolphins made several moves yesterday, all releases, by saying goodbye to Mario Williams, and Earl Mitchell. The Dolphins freed up some cap space by releasing these three. Jordan Phillips may be bumped up to starter now and Andre Branch took over for Williams, but Branch is set to be a free agent. The Dolphins defense is expected to undergo some major changes and with this cap relief, the team is putting themselves in a good position.
